I could never open this app on either of my devices (iPhone 6 or iPad Air 2).

Pleasantly addictive and more challenging as you advance your way through other casinos.

But! When I do Fold to the start… I can eat lunch until the next game starts. The movement of the card is late. Therefore, it is felt that the game is slower.

I just bought this game and it doesnt even work, so did I just got ripped off now? I demand my money back!

What a joke! Its very clear that if you win too much you are doomed for the next several games. Absolutely not like real cards.

Besides the cpu gets good hands more than not and the game taking forever to load when u first start its a good game. Game takes for ever to load. Screen stays black for awhile and is very inconvenient. If it wasnt for all this Id rate it a 5. But other than that gameplay is fun

I have been playing this app for 4 years. I got the original version for my iPad. It is not available for d/l anymore. The older app has a cowboy hat as its icon. The new app has a shield with a poker club colored red on it. I played the older version (it was free) until I saw the new version. It was not free. I still have both, but I play the new version. When you open the app the screen may go black. If it does, just leave it alone. It will eventually open the app and you can play. Dont freak out and think something is wrong. I believe it is updating. Sometimes it will play its music. It reset your preferences if you had the music turned off. Getting to the play of the game. I know a lot of people complain about how slow it is. You just have to accept the way of it. I dont think the programmers or developers are going to fix it. It is what it is. The more you play the more you learn about the app. As a teacher of holdem it is not. You can learn the game, but it wont teach you how to win. My biggest complaint is it is not realistic. You can say that anything is possible in holdem, but having made a large enough bet with pocket aces to put another player all-in before the flop; and have them call with a 4-9 off-suit and win because a pair of 4s made the flop.....well, I think you know. No human player is going to make that call. I could understand if the other player had only a few big blinds, maybe. Not when they had 20. Anyway, I play it because its a good time-waster. I dont care about the achievements. My goal in every game is to come in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. I only play Silver Cat because that is where you win the most money. Some of the casinos dont let you get your entry fee back even if you come in 3rd. Since I got the new app I have played 207 games. I have over $330,000. I have come in 1st 65 times, 2nd 31 times and 3rd 19 times. I have more than 50% success in making money or breaking even. That is my goal. I agree about the bad beats too. Ive seen it too many times. See the description above. The glitch that allows another player to win money on the last hand, when they clearly lost, also exists. I have come in 2nd because of that. A chip and a chair. I will continue to play it. One more thing, it is an off-line game. This is an update. I hope my review has helped those that think something is wrong when the screen goes black. I cant speak to the app locking up and having to delete and reinstall. I have never had to do that. I do know that the glitch on the last hand still exists. The all-in player (including you) is still in the game even though the all-in player clearly lost the hand. I have to go back to the unrealistic play of the game. I wish the programmers would stop with all of the super aggressive raising. It detracts from the play. Or the players (AI) that call when they are drawing dead. They have no hand and no draw, but continue to call. The app needs a serious upgrade to become more realistic. I wont change my rating until I see some improvements. Update As of 8/7/16 I have over $900k. It has been a struggle. The bad beats continue. The bad calls continue. That is the most frustrating. I dont think the developers read the reviews. If they do, they dont care enough to make the game better by making it more realistic. Ill keep playing it, but I still wont change my rating until I see more realism in the game.

I feel like there should be more. Maybe advance to the next level(higher stacks with four highest players. Just feel like there should be more than just win and start over. Hope this gives U some ideas. The only complaint I have is when u first try to play the screen goes black for a few minutes. When it comes down to the last player winning and its not u, it would be nice if u could see what they had to win.

Love game but cant get it to load until I mess with it for 10 or so minutes. If it looks like u play and hit screen it goes dark and every thing u. Try takes u back to black screen. I play 2 hands fold 6 lose all and win one hand out of approx 15. Real poker isnt this bad. People like to play games of all kinds because they like to win. Your game mechanics are great but who likes to lose 10 or 15 hands before they finally win one? If I chose the wrong game by accident u take my winnings. It is impossible to win. Currently I am constantly having to tap hard to get it to play a new hand. I hope you can smooth things out as it is a nice game.

The Good: excellent graphics and flow (except developers need to replace klunky wheel with slider & have skip to end after fold). The Bad: it will make you a worse player. Heres why: The AI on this game is not good. People who say otherwise dont play real poker. Have a big pocket pair in position with a massive chip lead? You can bet half your stack or go all in pre-flop and the entire table will call you and youll lose to Q3 offsuit. In other words you cant narrow the field down with a big hand. THIS IS TOTALLY UNREALISTIC even in aggressive online play. Also, it ranks hands incorrectly. In a three way all-in at the end I got two pair the winner got a set and the third player had one pair and it gave me third place instead of 2nd when I had more chips. Wrong. Theres also very little variation in the different opponents style, theyre basically all calling stations who make tiny bets and check check check so games take forever. You can win by playing super tight all the time. Which is a) boring, and b) in the real world will make you a one-dimensional player who will get creamed by aggressive players who mix up their play. Developers: There are no good simulators -- please make it better and youll be able to charge for it and people will gladly pay. Thanks

Why does it take so long to boot up? Sometimes when I have a brief moment to play the opportunity is gone before it is ready. I fully agree with comments about the wheel. There must be a better way!

Use it all the time. Great offline poker app. Fairly realistic. As others have mentioned, screen goes black when launch and have to wait a minute for it to come up. Also, would be nice if there was a mode to increase pace of game. If you are looking for offline poke game that is similar to the one you play with your buds, this is it.

I play it a lot. I didnt give it 5 stars because it has the extremely annoying programming of declaring the participant who has the most money and loses on an all in as a winner just because they have money left over. Ive seen this with other apps but it doesnt make it any less annoying.

Yes, it is possible to waste 99 cents, and this useless app proves that.

Started out ok and now repeatedly will load and go to a black screen. Deleted and reinstalled but problem persists, so I just dumped it. More reliable alternatives.

The screen goes black and it doesnt work. Save your money. Scam

Bought this game and it will not open for me to play. No help from support either.Be careful,buy a different one.
